Stephanie Cooper Herdman, Esq. – Managing Partner

Stephanie Cooper Herdman, Cooper Castle Law Firm, LLP’s managing partner, is experienced in real estate, commercial litigation and lender law. Additionally she has performed numerous jury and bench trials, as well as trials within the Federal Bankruptcy Court in the District of Nevada. Originally from Summersville, West Virginia, Mrs. Cooper Herdman attended college in London, England, and graduated from Fairmont State College in West Virginia cum laude, in three years with a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration. She earned her law degree at Ohio Northern University Law School on a Barrister’s Scholarship.

Upon graduation, Mrs. Cooper Herdman moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and commenced her practice with Bell, Christensen and Ashleman, PC in the civil litigation department. She later became a partner with Miles & Cooper in Las Vegas, focusing on real estate, commercial litigation and lender-related services.

Mrs. Cooper Herdman volunteers as a mock trial judge and coach at the University of Nevada Las Vegas College of Law and at Las Vegas High Schools. She has also been a speaker at many conferences on commercial lending, predatory practices, bankruptcy and foreclosure; she has been a speaker at seminars pertaining to Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act, RESPA, TILA and judgment collection; and she has authored materials on the same.

Experience
Upon graduation, Mrs. Cooper Herdman moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and commenced her practice with Bell, Christensen and Ashleman, PC in the civil litigation department. She later became a partner with Miles & Cooper in Las Vegas, focusing on real estate, commercial
litigation and lender-related services.
